03/26/2025 A professional team indeed. The entire staff were welcoming, considerate, and friendly.

The front office manager demonstrated organizational skills with attention to details. She answered all my questions, explained the services involved, including my payment and insurance options. She reminded me of a Rx that I will need to take, its name, as well as my pharmacy of choice. Follow up appointments were made based on my preferences.

Dr. LaCrampe’s dental assistant demonstrated a personal “chairside manners”. While waiting for Dr. LaCrampe, our small talk and her listening skills made the minutes go quicker. Her actions made me feel calmer and more relaxed.

Dr. LeCrampe is undoubtedly a Professional Dentist. His actions and words through his communication styles (verbal and non-verbal) validated to me that he is experienced, trustworthy, and an expert in his field. Likewise, he was a good listener and an educator who is very easy to talk to.

The care shown for my dental needs and the transparency on ALL of the options available to you let you know in your heart of hearts leaving better than when you came is priority . There is no condemnation of how you got to where you are as it pertains to your treatment needs . Dr Lamcrampe gets the focus on where you go from here forward and gives you hope and an attainable solution . 03/06/2025 I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Lacrampe and his team! He is an amazing clinician who made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in great hands. His expertise and professionalism are unmatched.

The entire staff was wonderful—Marie at the front desk was so sweet, the office manager was kind and very helpful, and Tracy, the assistant, put me at ease right away. They all took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt confident in my care.
