10/23/2020 The best DMD and staff. Dr. Lacrampe is a great communicator, letting me know everything upfront. There were no surprises and no unknown expenses. The cost covered even the follow-up appointment. The from desk staff member have incredible education and made sure I understood everything, and invested quality time covering the details. Friendly, funny banter (still professional) during the procedure greatly reduced my anxiety which I greatly appreciated, and was hard not to laugh. :D. 09/18/2020 As an engineer, I was intrigued by the procedure to enhance my lower gum tissue to inhibit continued recession. Dr Lacrampe not only answered all my detailed questions with superior responses, he did the procedure with a smile and threw in a discussion about cars.
